  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized furniture items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Include your RA number on the return package.

  3. Ship the product to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with the policy, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
